The idea behind the Memory Monday weekly prompts is to motivate me (and my readers) to dig up some past memories and record them in some way (blog, journal, scrapbook, etc.) Here's a list of all the Memory Monday prompts I have posted so far:
- Take an old photo and journal about it like it happened today. A great little trick to fight writer's block.
- Pick one word and let it inspire you to create a scrapbook page. Also a good way to document the one little word challenge that Ali Edwards does each year.
- Scan something. Chances are you have a lot of photos that are not in digital format. I know I do!
- What are you doing today? Document the details of an ordinary day.
- Someone who made a difference. Write about someone who has made an impact in your world.
- Where is your memory? What would happen if you lost your computer? What if you lost your old box of photos?
- Idea Notebook part 1 - how do you keep track of your inspiration? Also see part 2.
