I love to get my roundup done, it's a great way to recap the past month and it helps me feel ready to face the new month of memories to come! Now on to finish up November in roundup style!
.
What books and/or magazines did I read this month?
Fiber and Brimstone by Laura Childs (a fun scrapbooking mystery)
.
What movies, television shows, plays, etc. did I watch this month?
We went to Megamind – a fun movie!
.
Saw Harry Potter 7 – pt 1. I’m not always a fan of the movies because I love the books so much, but I think this one was my favorite movie of the series.
.
Been watching this season’s Survivor. Can’t stand Naonka. Kind of liking Fabio, despite a bad first impression.
.
We also watched Star Wars Phantom Menace with some friends. We’ve seen the movie before, but it was more about watching with the kids and having fun as friends and family. Hubby and I watched only 1 episode of Burn Notice. We have a lot of shows waiting for us on the TiVo but we’ve just been too busy.
.
What fun things did I do with my family and/or friends?
Thanksgiving is the one that sticks out! We ate at my in-laws and everything was delicous!
.
What illnesses or health concerns did I have?
I haven’t had a cold since April and I was able to fight that one off without antibiotics. This is notable since my colds usually turn into sinus infections. I think you can see where this is going. I got a cold in November and it DID turn into a nasty sinus infection. Then it turned into bronchitis. I’m still on antibiotics and I’m battling to get back to normal. I also completely lost my voice for several days.
.
What were my accomplishments this month?
I posted a 5 day series on gift ideas:
I also shopped for a TON of digital scrapbook supplies on Digital Scrapbook Day. Just what I need, right? I also hired a science tutor for my daughter. That was my most brilliant accomplishment all month!
.
Anything else noteworthy to include?
LOTS of snow in November!
.
Here are the layouts I completed in November. I knew I would slow down after my record 65 layouts in October, but this is sort of pathetic. lol! Actually, I scrapped more than these 3 layouts, but I have to save them all for posts coming to The Daily Digi in December.
