We went to see Brian Regan live on Friday night here in Salt Lake City. He is by far our favorite comic and we love that he is clean enough that our kids can enjoy him also. The comedian that opened for him was also very funny, but when Brian Regan came out on stage you could tell he was a master! We laughed so hard through the whole show. At one point my son Alex leaned over on me and said “Help! My face hurts!” Mine did too because we smiled and giggled so much.
I have many great memories centered around Brian Regan. It was my Sister-in-Law who actually introduced him to us when she showed us one of his DVDs while we were on vacation together. We introduced my parents to his comedy as well and they have shared him with my brothers. We have since watched another DVD, saw him on Letterman one night and have viewed several YouTube videos of his comedy. My son has a nearly photographic memory and he can do full-on Brian Regan impressions on request. We regularly quote Brian Regan around here.
It’s kind of amazing to think about how much this one entertainer has brightened our lives. It’s definitely worth taking some time to write about and I know a scrapbook page about him will appear one of these days.
If you are interested in some of his humor, here are a few clips:

Emergency Room
Those are just a few to get you started. If you really want to have some fun, pick up (or rent) one of his DVDs.

Whether or not you like Brian Regan, my Memory Challenge to you today is to think about someone who makes you laugh and document a few memories you have of them.
