Look what we made yesterday:
We went for the fun look instead of the perfect look ;) It's a great way to use up some nearly stale graham crackers and some past expiration shredded coconut though. My daughter loved spending the afternoon eating building with candy. Yes, I took the houses outside for the photo. I thought the snow would be a fun effect.
How about a whole bunch of gingerbread house inspiration?

and do you remember this picture I blogged about the other day on my Festival of Trees post?
It turns out it was made by this lady who posted about her creative process on 2Peas. Fun to read the details and she even includes her recipe for marshmallow fondant. She posted a comment here on my blog the other day and thanked me for featuring her house. Here is her blog post about the process of creating this amazing gingerbread house. So nice to hear from her!
