Is there something special you collect? What about the other people you scrap for - do they collect anything? I've been meaning to document my son's amazing Lego Bionicle collection for quite a while and I know he will be thrilled that I finally got it done!
I did this as a 2 page spread and tied the pages together by having the title run across both sides. I didn't include journaling on this one because I have written about his Bionicle building skills on other pages and I really wanted to focus on the visual impact of all the figures he has built. There are 19 Bionicles pictured here and he has a few more to build. We are going to need another shelf in his room to display them all.
The most difficult task for this project was photographing all the figures. My son was more than happy to set each one up for a pose though and I know this layout is very meaningful to him.
Look how happy he is that I took the time to photograph something so important to him. Isn't that what scrapbooking is all about?
I hope you will take a minute today (or soon) and pull out your camera and point it at something special that means a lot to you or someone you love.
